AFC Wimbledon is a club owned by its supporters with a unique story that is widely admired in the football world. Our Girls' Pathway aims to deliver an environment that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent, immersed in an identity that not only develops skilled footballers but also values and cultivates respectful, ambitious, and honest people.
Our girls’ football provision aims to create a clear and ambitious pathway for girls to progress to the AFC Wimbledon Women's first team. Our matches are played on a Saturday in the JPL Warriors Leagues (U12-U16) at high-standard venues, supported with midweek training sessions. Our U11 team will compete in a bespoke games programme, delivered across the season. We are fully supportive of dedicated players exploring all opportunities to enhance their variety of playing experiences.
PLAYERS
We aim to provide a high-quality environment for players and teams to progress through our pathway, enabling talented girls from Wimbledon and surrounding areas to reach their full potential.
The trial dates for 2024/25 are currently full. Should this change we will share any updates here and on our social media accounts.
COACHES
We are looking to provide coaching support and opportunities for fully committed coaches at all stages of their coaching journey.
